Shipping policy

Placing an Order

Orders are placed through the numi kyiv website. For in-stock pieces, orders are processed within 2–3 business days after full payment has been received. Once processed, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the piece.

Please note that processing and production times may be extended during holidays.

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Fondy. We accept cards issued by any bank. Your payment details are handled securely and are not shared with numi kyiv.

Please note that your bank may charge additional fees for international transactions. numi kyiv does not determine or cover these fees.

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is complimentary. Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta.

International Delivery

numi kyiv delivers worldwide. International delivery is €30. Orders are shipped from Ukraine via Nova Poshta Global or DHL Express.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Please note that any import duties, customs fees, taxes, storage fees, or other destination charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the laws of the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Under the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange.

Size exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the piece is in its original condition and has not been worn.

To request an exchange for the same piece in another size, please contact us at hello@numikyiv.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Please ensure that the piece is securely packed and returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. The customer is responsible for the package until it is received by numi kyiv.
