The order is placed through the website. If the selected product is available in stock, the order processing takes up to 2 working days from the moment of registration and full payment on the website, after which the order will be sent to the specified address.
If you place a Pre-Order, we need up to 12 days to make your order.
Please note that order processing times may be longer during holidays and sales.
Payment
Orders are accepted with full prepayment. The payment system that handles payments is Fondy. We accept cards of any bank and guarantee the security and anonymity of your bank details.
Please note that your bank may charge an additional fee for an international transfer. numi kyiv is not responsible and aware the amount of your bank fees and commissions.
Delivery
Delivery across Ukraine is free, shipping is carried out by the carrier Nova Poshta.
The parcel is stored at the post office for 3 days from the date of arrival at the branch, on the 4th day the parcel is automatically returned to the warehouse.
International Delivery
numi kyiv DELIVERS WORLDWIDE. The cost of the delivery service - 30 EUR. All orders are sent from Ukraine (not a part of European Union) via DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global. The delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination.
Once the order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We do not ship to Russia, Belarus and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Please note we are not responsible for any local taxes, duties, storage or destination fees, it is paid by recipient according to the laws of the country of destination.
Returns and Exchanges
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is not subject to return. Jewelry is included in the list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange. Product can be exchanged within 14 days, if it does not fit in size or type.
To initiate exchange for the same object, you can send us an email at hello@numikyiv.com with your order number, and reason for exchange.
Please ensure the product is properly packed and returned in original packaging, in the same condition as it was received, as you are responsible for the package until numi kyiv receives it.
